TROWSE COUPLE SAY ‘CHEERS’ TO NORFOLK ESTATE AGENT

Chris and Yuki Russell with baby Toki receive their case of wine from Elisha Mace of Arnolds K eysA Trowse couple will be popping the corks to celebrate Christmas, after winning a case of fine wine from estate agents Arnolds Keys.

Chris and Yuki Russell, along with eight-month old Toki, called into the firm’s Norwich city centre office to receive a box of 12 bottles of wine, which they won in a draw carried out amongst all customers who had filled in a customer satisfaction questionnaire.

Mr and Mrs Russell, who both work as art restorers, used Arnolds Keys’ Survey department to carry out a comprehensive survey on a listed medieval house they bought in Trowse earlier this year.

“We have taken on the property as a live-in project, as it is very old and needs a lot of work,” said Mr Russell.  “So it was really important that we had an accurate picture of the condition of the house so that we knew exactly what we were taking on.

“We were very happy with the service we received from the Survey team at Arnolds Keys, and we are now looking forward to our first Christmas in our new home, as we continue the restoration.”

Presenting the wine to the couple, Elisha Mace of Arnolds Keys said, “Everybody likes to think that they give a good service, but it is only when you ask your customers what they really think that you find out the truth, including those inevitable areas where you can improve – that is why our customer satisfaction questionnaires are so important to us.

“Receiving comments such as those from Mr and Mrs Russell is a real testament to the hard work of the whole team here at Arnolds Keys.

“To say thank you to our customers for taking the time to give us their feedback, we enter all those who do so into a regular draw, and Mr and Mrs Russell are the latest winners.  We hope the prize will help them celebrate Christmas in style.”
