The client lounge at HoltArnolds Keys has unveiled its refurbished office in Holt – complete with an all-new cosy lounge where clients can browse particulars or discuss their sale in comfort.

The high-profile High Street branch shut for two weeks to allow builders and decorators to completely re-model the interior, converting a space formerly used for storage into the inviting client lounge, complete with comfortable sofas, fireplace and even a chandelier.

Branch manager Dominic Whyte, now re-installed in the office along with his team, said, “Arnolds Keys remains a name which both buyers and vendors associate with north Norfolk, and this investment demonstrates our continued commitment to the area.

“The refurbishment will be beneficial to all our clients, both vendors and purchasers alike, as it provides a more inviting, modern, open-plan working space, alongside our new lounge where clients can discuss any aspect of buying or selling a property in discreet and comfortable surroundings.”

Arnolds Keys’ Holt office is at 4 High Street, Holt.
