If you need to report a maintenance issue, all non-emergency maintenance issues should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or please telephone the lettings department 0900 – 1730 (Monday to Friday and Saturday 0900 - 1230) on 01603 216812.
If you wish to report an emergency situation, please note the following:
• If you smell or suspect a gas leak, call 0800 111 999.
• If you experience a total power outage in your building/street call 0800 783 8838 (or 0333 202 2021 from a mobile phone).

In the event of any other emergency i.e. escape of water or complete power outage of ONLY your property, which occurs outside of the above opening hours, and if your residential property is managed by Arnolds Keys (i.e. your standing order for your rent payment goes to Arnolds Keys and not direct to your Landlord) you can use our out of office hours property maintenance service by calling 07557 024628.
This service is operated by TPH who will appraise your emergency, talk you through any problems and, if appropriate, attend for a repair. If you do not get an answer, please leave a message on their number and they will call you back. Please note that this service is offered for emergencies only. If the matter is not deemed an emergency for out of office hours attendance, an appropriate day and time will be arranged with you.
Any non-emergency out of hours call outs may be charged back to the tenant
