RANGE OF PROPERTY SERVICES ENABLES CREATION OF NEW 50,000 SQ FT BUSINESS CENTRE FOR HOLT

A new business centre is up and running in a north Norfolk market town, thanks to a range of commercial property services provided by Arnolds Keys.

The Hempstead Road Business centre in Holt, on the former Kongskilde site in the town, has been transformed into 50,000 sq ft of flexible offices and warehousing space – and already the centre is 60 per cent let.

Arnolds Keys acted for the investor who bought the £1 million site, and then oversaw work to extensively upgrade services on the site, creating a valuable new business space with carparking close to the town centre.

The firm has also renegotiated leases with occupiers, and is marketing the vacant space to attract new employers to the complex.

“This has been a substantial property deal, with a lot of associated work, to create a much-needed business centre for Holt, with good car parking, just outside the town centre,” said Arnolds Keys partner Nick Williams. “The site was tired in places, so we have had to undertake work to improve the infrastructure – and that work is now paying dividends, with around two-thirds of the space already let, bringing employment and sustainable growth to this important north Norfolk market town.”
