Guy is a working Consultant withing Arnolds Keys Commercial Division with over 35 years hands on experience of Norwich, Norfolk and north Suffolk’s property markets.
His day job is focused on providing strategic advice to key clients on matters to enhance and deliver value from their property holdings; this includes commercial agency, valuations, landlord and tenant, and commercial property management matters, along with land and development matters.
He works closely with key clients in portfolio management, giving development advice and strategic property counsel, as well as actively negotiating sales, lettings, disposals, and acquisitions.
As a managing partner for 19 years with Arnolds Keys, he has been instrumental in the firms development.
