Charlotte Hayward

MRICS

Associate

Charlotte advises on the full spectrum of rural property matters at Arnolds Keys, combining deep agricultural roots with professional expertise.

Charlotte’s role covers the whole range of rural property activity, including negotiating property sales and lettings, estate management services, and professional advice across a range of agricultural and rural property issues.

Born in Norfolk into a farming family, she took a law degree at Durham University before changing direction and taking a Masters in Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester.

Having trained in Shropshire where she achieved her MRICS and FAAV qualifications, she returned to Norfolk to work for the National Trust, responsible for estate management across the east of England.

Charlotte first joined Arnolds Keys in 2018, before taking up an estate management role on Worstead Estate in 2021.  We were delighted to welcome her back into the firm in 2026.

In her spare time she enjoys countryside walks with her spaniel, travelling to sunnier climates, and most recently padel. She is also looking forward to getting involved in the social side of Arnolds Keys, having enjoyed organising corporate and social events previously.
