This week, we were delighted to welcome Connor from Aylsham High School to our County Office for a work experience placement. Over the course of the week, he spent time with teams across the business, gaining first-hand insight into the services we provide.
For many students, the property industry can seem far broader than they first imagine. From commercial and residential property to professional services and business support functions, Connor had the opportunity to see how different teams work together to help clients achieve their goals.
Work experience placements offer a valuable chance to develop new skills, build confidence and gain a better understanding of life in a professional environment. We hope Connor’s time with us provided useful insights into potential career paths and a greater appreciation of the opportunities available within the sector.
