Arnolds Keys Summer Party brings the team together for an evening of Padel and Pizza. 🏓
At Arnolds Keys, we know that our people are at the heart of everything we do. While much of our time is spent supporting clients, collaborating across departments and delivering the best possible service, it’s equally important to take time to come together and celebrate our successes.
This year’s annual Summer Party provided the perfect opportunity to do just that.
Colleagues from across the business gathered for an evening of friendly competition, great food and plenty of conversation, swapping meeting rooms and property inspections for a padel court and some well-earned downtime.
We couldn’t have asked for a better venue than Blazing Padel, Norfolk. With excellent courts, great hospitality and a relaxed atmosphere.
A Little Healthy Competition
One of the highlights of the evening was the Arnolds Keys Padel Cup, which saw teams going head-to-head in a series of enthusiastic and highly competitive matches.
Congratulations go to Harry Downing and Kevin Atkins MRICS, who emerged victorious to claim this year’s title.
Special recognition also goes to Nicole Wylie, who was crowned our Ultimate Player for her outstanding energy and padel prowess throughout the evening.
While the results may be recorded, the real success of the evening was the opportunity for the team to connect, relax and enjoy each other’s company outside of the office.
Celebrating Long Service Milestones
The evening also provided a meaningful opportunity to recognise two significant milestones within the business.
We were proud to celebrate Guy Gowing’s 35 years with Arnolds Keys and Nikki Wagner’s 20 years of service.
Reaching these milestones is an incredible achievement and reflects the professionalism and commitment both have shown throughout their careers with the firm. Their contributions have helped shape Arnolds Keys into the business it is today, and their knowledge, expertise and support continue to make a lasting impact on colleagues and clients alike.
Recognising long service is an important part of our culture, and it was wonderful to celebrate these achievements alongside colleagues from across the business.
More Than Just a Summer Party
Events such as our Summer Party are about much more than competition and celebrations. They are an opportunity to strengthen relationships, recognise achievements and create the connections that make working as a team so rewarding.
At Arnolds Keys, we are proud of the collaborative culture we have built and of the people who contribute to it every day. Whether someone has recently joined the business or has been part of the team for decades, every individual plays a role in our continued success.
