A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Charlie oversees Arnolds Keys' Residential Surveys and Valuations department, undertaking most of the surveys himself on anything from substantial listed buildings to apartments.  This work is carried out all over Norfolk.  He has been a partner since 2008.

Prior to joining Arnolds Keys, Charlie, a qualified land agent, spent seven years in London as an estate agent, returning to his native county in 1996.

He is married with two grown up children and enjoys an active life.  Along with climbing ladders over a working day, he runs and walks the family dog regularly.  He also enjoys circuit training, shooting, and skiing.

His ambition is to return to Australia where two of his sisters live and where he spent a year back in the early 1980s.
