As Senior Partner, Guy is responsible for Arnolds Keys’ commercial property division and sits on the Management Board.

His day job is focused on providing strategic advice to key clients on matters to enhance and deliver value from their property holdings; this includes commercial agency, valuations, landlord and tenant, and commercial property management matters, along with land and development matters.

He works closely with key clients in portfolio management, giving development advice and strategic property counsel, as well as actively negotiating sales, lettings, disposals, and acquisitions.
