Kevin primarily carries out commercial property valuations for a number of applications, including secured lending and pension fund valuations.

He is further involved in other aspects of our Commercial division, advising landlords and tenants on lease events and acting as an Expert Witness for contentious rent reviews and lease renewals.

Originally from Norwich, Kevin graduated from the University of Greenwich in 2016 with a degree in Property Development and Management and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2021.

His career started in the public sector at King’s Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council and then Norwich City Council, undertaking a variety of agency, lease advisory and valuation roles.

He joined Arnolds Keys in 2023 and was subsequently promoted to Associate in 2024.
