Offering expert advice and a reassuring, personable approach to clients at the very start of their moving journey. With extensive local knowledge, she carries out detailed residential valuations, assessing each property carefully to provide accurate, well informed guidance on pricing and market positioning.

She has achieved a Level 2 Award in the Sale of Residential Property with Propertymark, and is currently studying towards her Level 3 qualification.

Kate entered the property profession in 2019 after some years working in retail in her home county of Kent. As well as having an affinity for sales, she has always had an interest in property, stemming from her degree in Textiles which focussed on interiors and interior design.
