Joe is our Senior Lettings Negotiator, guiding landlords and tenants through the lettings process.

She deals with tenant and landlord enquiries, organising repairs, arranging viewings and valuations, and ensuring various safety certificates are up to date, as well as drawing up Tenancy Agreements and other legal documents.

Joe joined the Lettings department in 1991, then left in 1995 to bring up her children, returning in 2001 part-time.
