Courtnay works in our busy lettings department, as our Lettings Negotiator.
Her role includes liaising with landlords and tenants, marketing properties and organising viewings, organising repairs, and drawing up tenancy agreements and other legal documents.
She previously worked for a national property firm, gaining experience in both lettings and sales. She is currently two years into an Open University degree in Psychology, which she says is proving very relevant and useful in her career.
