Clive plays a key role in carrying out our residential valuations and handling negotiations, ensuring clients receive clear guidance and a smooth experience throughout their move.

Although he has completed training in the auction rooms, Clive’s first love is residential, and he was formerly the partner in charge of the Residential team.

Clive joined Arnolds Keys straight from school, working for the firm on Saturdays even before that. Having such experience within the property industry, he often finds himself handling the sale of properties he first sold more than 50 years ago.
