The property is offered for sale freehold with vacant possession at completion subject to holdover. LAND AND CROPPING
The land comprises productive arable land mainly classified Grade I and is detailed as being of the Hall, Sheringham, Wickmere and Burlingham soil series being a coarse loam over sand or loam.
