Location | Irelands
Tom’s varied role in the Irelands team (Arnolds Keys’ specialist agricultural and rural property arm) includes negotiating property sales and lettings (on behalf of either landlord or tenant) on a range of agricultural and rural property, including farms, woodland, farmhouses, estate properties and land, as well as more unusual rural properties such as vineyards and churches. He also provides estate management services and professional advice across a range of agricultural and rural property issues.
A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), Tom studied Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University. He gained experience in both the Norfolk rural property sector and the Broads boating industry prior to joining Irelands.
Originally from Hoveton, he now lives in Frettenham with his wife. He is a keen amateur thespian, treading the boards for Horning Amateur Theatrical Society, as well as a Ceroc dancer and a classic car enthusiast.
Tom’s ambitions are to appear on stage at Norwich’s Theatre Royal, and to own a classic American muscle car.
