DESCRIPTION

DIRECTIONS
If approaching from Norwich on the A11, take the slip road signposted Attleborough/Watton/B1077 and at the traffic lights turn right onto the B1077 signposted Watton and continue for approximately 8 miles. At the crossroads, turn right onto the A1075 signposted Dereham and Watton and continue, passing through Watton, for approximately
3.5 miles. The land is accessed via a private drive that will be found on the left; the junction has two splayed entrances bordered by concrete bollards, with a grass triangle in-between. Follow the private drive and the entrance to the land will be found on the left marked by a "For Sale" sign.
