LOCATION
The land is located in the centre of the north Norfolk village of Gresham. The market town of Holt is approximately 6.7 miles to the north west whilst the City of Norwich is approximately 22.6 miles to the south east.

DIRECTIONS
From Holt head east on the A148 towards Cromer. After passing the junction for Sheringham take the next right turn onto Gibbet Lane (signposted for Gresham). Follow this road for approximately 1.7 miles and at the junction turn left onto Mill Road signposted for Gresham. Follow this road for approximately 0.9 miles into the village of Gresham, Lot 1 will then be found on your left hand side accessed immediately off Church Lane. For Lot 2 continue along this road and take the next left at the village sign onto East Beckham Road where the field access will be found just before the Village Hall on the left hand side. The approximate postcode for Lots 1 & 2 is: NR11 8RT.

For lot 3: From Lot 1, head west on Church Lane heading out of the village and take the first left onto Barningham Road, signposted for Matlaske. Follow this road for approximately 200 yards and the track to the land will be found on your left hand side. Follow along the track and the land will be found on your left.
