Charlotte Webster

Senior Rural Surveyor

Charlotte Webster
Joined | 2018
Location | Aylsham and Norwich

Charlotte’s role covers the whole range of rural property activity, including negotiating property sales and lettings, estate management services, and professional advice across a range of agricultural and rural property issues.

Born in Norfolk into a farming family, she took a law degree at Durham University before changing direction and taking a Masters in Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester.  Having trained at a firm in Shropshire where she achieved her MRICS and FAAV qualifications, she returned to Norfolk to work for the National Trust, responsible for estate management across the east of England.

She enjoys walking, skiing, shooting and swimming, and has recently signed up for a half marathon, despite being a novice runner.  She also has a talent for events management, and enjoys getting involved in the social side of Arnolds Keys.

Charlotte's unfulfilled ambition is to own a yacht (having first learned to sail!).
